Parts, fixtures, equipment, and materials installed by Calusa Myers Plumbing may be covered by separate manufacturer warranties. Calusa Myers Plumbing will provide customers with available manufacturer warranty documentation for installed products upon request. The customer agrees to render payment for all services in accordance with the agreed-upon payment terms.
When plumbing permits are required, the customer agrees to cooperate with all inspection processes and requirements established by Lee County or the City of Fort Myers as applicable to the work being performed.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calusa Myers Plumbing's total liability to any customer for any claim arising out of or related to the provision of plumbing services or the use of our website shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service that gave rise to the claim.
